We're concerned about the health and safety of all of our customers and are keeping up to date with the latest updates and maintaining our operations in line with Australian government regulations.
We ship items from Monday to Friday throughout Australia using primarily Australia Post. In response to shipping delays during the COVID-19 pandemic we are now shipping majority of our orders by Express Post (this excludes bulky/very heavy items unless requested otherwise). Please note that Express Post is no longer guaranteed for next day delivery but remains the fastest postage item available to us.
Tracking will be provided for each order once the order has been dispatched.
We understand wanting your online order as soon as possible. We ensure that all orders made by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. If you need something urgently please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are subject to change. Please note that deliveries may experience delays due to current circumstances.

Express Post - Majority of orders are now being sent by Express Post due to shipping delays (excludes bulky/very heavy items).

Sending a gift?
Please let us know if you are purchasing a gift for someone by filling in the notes section during checkout.
You can select gift wrapping from the top of our website and if you would like us to hand write a personalised note on your behalf please let us know by writing your instructions in the notes section during checkout.
We try our best to tread lightly on the earth and use recycled materials wherever possible. We also re-purpose packaging and fill when appropriate when we send our parcels.
What does this mean? Your packaging may not always be pretty and sometimes may not be plastic free but your items will be securely wrapped and arrive safely.
Returns and Refunds
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
We will pay for return postage and provide a refund or exchange if an item is faulty or not what you ordered, however at this point in time we cannot provide refunds due to change of mind.
We're so happy to be able to offer our customers a loyalty program. This means each time you shop with us earns you points to redeem in the future. To sign up select the pink 'Rewards' button at the bottom of our website.
Ways to earn:
- sign up for 100 points
- earn 5 points for every $1 spent
- birthday surprise of 1000 points (you must enter your date of birth to be awarded these points)
Ways to redeem:
- 500 points = $5 coupon
- 1000 points = $10 coupon
- 1500 points = $15 coupon
- 2500 points = $25 coupon
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time we don't ship internationally.
